It’s time to put meaningful work on a pedestal.

Our mission as an agency is to help companies doing meaningful work do more. But in 2020, daily life contracted to a tiny, remote bubble of adaptation, uncertainty, and loss. Meaningful work became something bigger. Amplifying the voices that advocate for others became the antidote to our isolation. In seeking out the stories of those working to provide care, comfort, and hope, we found the connection to human goodness we all crave most acutely.

Marketing and meaningful work might not be synonymous, but that doesn’t mean they’re mutually exclusive. Maximizing meaningful work for our clients? That’s our agency mandate. Finding, echoing, and encouraging meaningful work in our world? That’s our new obsession, and it all starts with a simple question. “What does meaningful work mean to you?”
