Harry Chapin

Partner, CEO

Harry is responsible for building Forge’s capabilities and culture, two areas he ensures are always rooted in achieving our clients’ goals and growing their brands. Harry focuses on developing partnerships with, and delivering high value for, all Forge clients. Gathering experience for over 30 years at top firms like Arnold Worldwide, Hill, Holliday, Breakaway Solutions, and Pamet River Partners, Harry has built extensive knowledge of business strategy, brand strategy, and account management across branding, advertising, and marketing.

Outside interests: Family, Fishing, Labradors, Fitness, Supporting clean water initiatives

Rob is a strategic creative leader dedicated to intimately understanding the business of each Forge client. He guides Forge to uncover each client’s essential purpose, using it as a guiding light to craft brands and messaging that deeply connect with people, and inspire them, at every stage of their lives. Rob built Forge, with his partner Harry Chapin, to help clients focus their marketing and thrive in a complex world.

Millie Park

Brand Director

Millie partners with meaningful clients to bring more meaningful work into the world. Her experience spans strategic management and marketing consulting, building and implementing emerging marketing technologies, and working with both startups and leading brands to help them inspire their customers.

Meredith Wish

Associate Creative Director

Meredith thrives on working with aspiring clients aiming to do something colorful and distinct. With a rare cross-section of experience from ad agencies to luxury fashion, Meredith is obsessed with design from 2D to 3D; excited about anything with texture or folds. She loves taking a big idea and seeing how it can be activated throughout each platform. Her intense passion for pop culture keeps her brain firing with new ideas and questions, challenging her team to what is new, topical, and relevant.

Caroline DiStefano

Brand Director

Caroline is a client whisperer, working alongside her clients to help bring their goals to life. Beyond directing brand work for her accounts, Caroline also loves copywriting, strategy development, and lending her eye to graphic design. An account lead for 9+ years, Caroline has experience ranging from government clients like the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to nonprofits like the Society for Neuroscience. Seeing others as they are holistically, rather than just the roles they play or the work they do, has enabled Caroline to build meaningful relationships and trust among team members and clients alike.
