After digging deep to thoroughly understand the Spaulding mission and gather insights on their amazing staff and patients, Forge discovered that the biggest difference they had was their unwillingness to fail. Rehab is hard and setbacks can be discouraging. But Spaulding’s staff never loses hope for a positive outcome, and helps every patient see that same light at the end of the tunnel.

We started with a foundation — establishing a new brand identity and “Find Your Strength” tagline. We then built a multi-layer targeting strategy to raise awareness of Spaulding among the general public, clinician community, and prospective patient audiences nationwide. Broad-reaching, integrated campaigns were then developed using TV, video, geo-targeted digital, print, and radio, designed to engage our audiences using Spaulding’s patient success stories and thought leadership to raise both awareness and public opinion.
