Relationship Lead & Growth Driver

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and exceptional presentation skills.
  • Serves as the primary relationship lead on 2-3 accounts; owns the relationship with Director-level clients.
  • True “eagle eye” – makes sure all T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted, in addition to making sure everything ties back to client and project goals


Project Manager

  • Ability to work with, coordinate with, and manage media vendors and contracters to ensure success of media plans, from initial planning, to trafficking and reporting
  • Adept at managing a project, negotiating with vendors, managing up – whatever it takes to get things done on time, on budget, and on strategy, from initial timeline development through final production and oversight of media trafficking across print, digital, social, and video.
  • Partner with strategy to lead creative brief development; oversees Action Needed creation by junior team members.
  • Understands and communicates client feedback to creative team to ensure that we are creating great work in service of our clients’ businesses.
  • Excellent organizer, including creative resource management, vendor management, and timeline management.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, and ability to work with internal and external groups to ensure seamless implementation of the plans.


Category & Agency Specialist

  • Passionate about our industry and our clients’ business; up-to-date on latest trends, news, and technologies.
  • Prior experience in Higher Education, Healthcare, and/or Technology industries is highly preferable.
  • Strong experience with financial management, including budget monitoring and reconciliation, developing scope of work documents, managing to scope, collaborating on and aligning scoped work to resource allocation, and communicating with agency management and with clients on financial matters.
